In just a few years, Carbonell has become a leading digital printing provider with a strong reputation for quality and reliability. The company serves a diverse clientele in the advertising, exhibit, event and television industries.

Our concept is to offer our customers straight forward and reliable large format printing services. Potential customers interested in our digital prints can quickly and easily upload files on our FTP website; our skilled graphic designers will make recommendations for the best format and best material to use for each project. We also welcome orders for last minute large format digital prints.

Large format DYE prints

We can produce photographic quality colour prints on photo paper, canvas, scrim vinyl, tyvek, backlite film, polypropylene, or film up to 60" to 150" long using HP 5500 Photo Printers. This state-of-the-art, 6-ink printer offers photo-quality printing, and provides PANTONE colour matching accuracy. The printer also supports offset printing emulations and ICC profiles; thus giving you accurate true colour comps.

Large format solvent prints

With a maximum print speed of 968 for the 104” AJ-1000 and 872 sqft./hr. Our Roland Advanced JET printers are ready for high-volume production printing, and are ideal for high-volume applications including banners, billboards, outdoor signage and other durable graphics, producing brilliant six-colour CMYK+LcLm graphics on both coated and uncoated media.

Mounting/Laminating

With our fully staffed finishing department we offer the latest in mounting and laminating technology. Mount on a variety of substrates and thicknesses including foam core boards, PVC, acrylics, etc. Once your print has been mounted, protect your work with a laminated finish. From high-gloss to a matte finish, laminating is the only way to go!

Vinyl cutting service

Carbonell offers in-house vinyl cutting for all your custom vinyl needs. As a vinyl cutter we offer one of the largest selections of colours available in indoor and outdoor rated premium vinyl materials (MacTAC, Avery and 3M). Graphics may be applied on the 1st surface (front side) of most materials or on the 2nd surface (back side) of glass, or clear Acrylic (Plexiglas). Some of our customers choose to apply graphics on their own so we provide an easy to apply kit which includes pre-spaced computer cut vinyl with application fluid and a squeegee.

CNC routing services

We specialise in cutting simple or complex shapes ideal for a variety of applications. Our in house design studio and engineering team will work closely with the customer to ensure a quick turnaround and a finished product that will exceed expectations. Our machines process area is 3048mm x 2100 mm x 150mm Z axis clearance with 0.15mm accuracy. Materials such as PVC, acrylics, wood, sign foam, MDF and sheet aluminium can be cut. Other services include finishing (flame polishing, sanding etc), assembly, packaging and delivery.
